We stand behind AgencyOS. If within 6 months of purchasing AgencyOS, you've genuinely implemented the frameworks and systems but still haven't booked at least 3 qualified discovery calls, we'll issue a full refund.
To qualify for the results-based refund, you must:
Demonstrate documented implementation of AgencyOS systems (project tracking, client workflows, sales processes)
Show proof of outreach efforts using the provided scripts and strategies
Have attempted to book discovery calls with qualified prospects
Email roopesh@withunio.com within the 6-month window with evidence of implementation
This isn't a "try and return" policy—it's protection for those who commit to the work but genuinely don't see results.
Standard Digital Product Policy
AgencyOS is a digital Notion template with instant access upon purchase. Outside of the results-based guarantee above, we do not offer refunds after purchase is completed.

Once you complete your purchase, you immediately receive:

Ability to duplicate the entire system to your Notion workspace
Lifetime access to all templates, scripts, and guides
All future updates at no additional cost
Because digital products can be duplicated and kept permanently, we cannot offer standard refunds once access has been granted.
Before You Purchase
We want you to make an informed decision. Before purchasing:
Review all FAQ sections to understand what's included
Confirm you have a Notion account (free plan works)
Understand that AgencyOS provides foundational systems designed for immediate implementation
The ₹999 investment is less than what you'll charge for a single client consultation using these systems.
Technical Issues vs Product Dissatisfaction
If you experience technical issues (payment processed but didn't receive access link, broken template links, etc.):
Email me immediately at roopesh@withunio.com
I'll resolve technical access issues within 24-48 hours
Include your payment confirmation in the email
If you're dissatisfied with the product (templates don't meet expectations, prefer different systems, etc.):
No refunds will be issued
You have permanent access to use, modify, or ignore the templates as you choose
Lifetime support is available if you need help implementing the systems
Payment Processing Errors
If a payment error occurs where:
You were charged but I don't see the payment on my end, OR
Double charging occurred due to platform error
I will either:
Provide immediate access once payment is verified, OR
Process a refund for duplicate/erroneous charges
Email roopesh@withunio.com with your payment receipt for resolution.
